What's your favorite appetizer to order at a restaurant?

Depends on what I'm eating.
    Sushi = akadashi/miso
    Mexican = nachos & cheese sauce
    Italian = bread sticks w/marinara
    Steakhouse = onion rose
    Chinese = fried won ton
    Ad hoc = whatever looks yummy.
